This course was designed to:
- Further an understanding of how to apply the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety.
- Provide guidance on how to design and develop a GMP program.
- Improve an understanding of how to plan and implement a GMP program.
We will discuss topics such as:
- Typical requirements of a GMP program.
- GMP Planning.
- GMP Program Deployment.
