Event Objectives & Content

This course was designed to:

  • Further an understanding of how to apply the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety.
  • Provide guidance on how to design and develop a GMP program.
  • Improve an understanding of how to plan and implement a GMP program.

We will discuss topics such as:

  • Typical requirements of a GMP program.
  • GMP Planning.
  • GMP Program Deployment.

  • A good understanding of Food Safety.
  • Completion of a Food Safety Level 2 event offered by our CET Team, or the equivalent, is recommended.

  • Course material will be provided.
