This event was designed to:
- Provide a review of the elements of a Food Safety program, GMP & HACCP.
- Reinforce the principles, intent and potential benefits of a Food Safety program.
- Remind participants of the role of the Food Safety Team within an organization.
We will discuss topics such as:
- Principles of Food Safety, GMP & HACCP.
- Benefits of having a Food Safety program.
- Role the Food Safety Team.

Prerequisites:
- Prior introductory training on Food Safety, GMP and HACCP.
What to Expect
- A Food Safety Specialist will deliver the presentation and facilitate a Q&A session.
Quiz/ Exam:

- Attendee participation during the event will be expected, as required.
Completion & Certificate:
- Certificate issued upon course completion.
- Course completion requires full attendance at training sessions, successful completion of assignments, and a passing score on the final quiz (minimum 80%).
