Our Management System Development (MSD) Pilot Project is designed to assist organizations with elevating their business processes, efficiencies, and profitability, as we concurrently validate our services.

Through the Pilot Project We Can…
- Provide an opportunity for an expert to coach an organization on how to improve business operations by using a specific Management System.
- Assist an organization with planning their steps towards implementing a specific Management System.
- Gather information on the challenges and successes experienced by organizations while establishing and maintaining Management Systems.
- Test relevant new and/or improved Onazry service options, processes, tools and templates.
Expectations of the Onazry Coach…
- Confirm that a Pilot Project Agreement is available and a Client Representative has been identified by the organization.
- Facilitate the delivery of Onazry tools and templates, as required by the Pilot Project.
- Communicate with the Client Representative via meetings, emails, and phone calls, within the specified project duration and allotted time.
- Provide a summary on the outcome of the Pilot Project to Onazry.
The Pilot Organization will be asked to…
- Demonstrate interest in implementing a specific Management System.
- Utilize templates, software, and other tools provided by the Coach.
- Communicate openly and clearly with the Coach.
- Complete tasks as recommended by the Coach.
- Track time spent on the Pilot Project and provide feedback, as requested.
- Honor confidentiality and other arrangements, per the Pilot Project Agreement.
NOTE: Each organization will be responsible for complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements while participating in the Pilot Project.
Pilot Project Scope/ Time/ Duration
The Pilot Project will take place over a specified time with a defined duration (typically 30 or 60 consecutive days). The duration, start and end dates will be agreed with the Client prior to the start of the project. The person(s) who will be involved, the business location, and the products and / or services that will be included within the project scope, will also be determined prior to the start of the project.
Each Pilot Project is bound by 3 key elements that impact how the Pilot Objectives are determined and met:
- Pilot Scope
- Pilot Duration
- Allotted Coaching Time
These key elements are agreed with the Client organization and Coach prior to starting the Pilot Project.
The organization (Client) must select one Management System as the focus of the Pilot Project. For example, they will select one of the following:
- Quality Management System
- Food Safety/ Product Safety Management System
- Environment/ Waste Management System
- Health & Safety (Personnel) Management System
Exclusions & Disclosures
Other Onazry services such as Training, Auditing, Process Development, and Document Writing, are not included in the Pilot Project. These will be quoted separately, if required.
Client identification and the Client’s proprietary information will only be disclosed with the written consent of the client. However, by participating in the Pilot Project, the Client consents that Onazry may use the overall results of the project for purposes such as internal upgrades and marketing material.
A formal service agreement will be required prior to the start of the Pilot Project.
