Onazry LLC (“Us”, “We”, “Onazry”) takes your privacy seriously and has implemented this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) and internal policies and practices to keep your personal and financial information secure. The Privacy Policy covers Onazry LLC’s treatment of the Personally Identifiable Information we collect about you.  It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions of Use that governs your use of our website (www.Onazry.com) and all content, services, and products available through the website, including, but not limited to, the client area (collectively referred to as the Site). By using the Onazry LLC website, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. The submission of information to Onazry LLC by users is done on a voluntary basis. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal Information – To access certain areas of our website, Onazry LLC requires users to provide us with personal information (collectively “Personally Identifiable Information”) to access and use certain products and services. Personally Identifiable Information is captured when a visitor accesses our services (e.g. register for a course or pay fees online), or speaks on the phone with one of our employees, and willingly discloses that information. This disclosure may occur when a visitor registers with for a course, engages in transactions, contacts customer service, or participates in contests, promotions, surveys, forums, content submissions, requests for suggestions, or other aspects of services offered by Onazry LLC.

We may collect personally identifiable information from you in a variety of ways, including through online forms for ordering products and services, and other instances where you are invited to volunteer such information, including, but not limited to, when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.

Personally Identifiable Information includes but is not limited to:

We may collect the information of 3rd party individuals as necessary, such as to register authorized contacts to access their user account.  Onazry LLC uses this information for the purpose of administering its services for our customers.

Certain personal information becomes public record when documents are filed with the federal or state government, or with a court. This Privacy Policy does not cover these or similar third-party actions.

Testimonials and Reviews – We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers received through email surveys.  We ask for your specific consent as part of the survey.  If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at support@Onazry.com.  We also display customer reviews.  If you provide a review that we display and wish to update or delete it, you can also contact us at support@Onazry.com.

Traffic Data – Onazry LLC may collect a variety of visitor data to compile traffic data about the types of visitors who use the Site at specific intervals (collectively “Traffic Data”).

We may use Traffic Data to analyze Site traffic, but this information is not examined for Personally Identifiable Information. We may also use Traffic Data to diagnose problems with our server, administer our Site, or display content according to your preferences. Visitor Data and Traffic Data may also be shared with business partners, affiliates, or advertisers on an aggregated and anonymous basis.

3rd Party Tracking – The use of tracking technologies by our service providers, technology partners or other 3rd party assets (such as social media links) on the site is not covered by our Privacy Policy.  These 3rd parties may use cookies, clear gifs, images, and scripts to help them better manage their content on our site.   We do not have access or control over these technologies.  We do not tie the information gathered to our Customers’ or Users’ Personally Identifiable Information.

Media – If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Embedded Content From Other WebsitesArticles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Minors/ Children – This Policy is intended for individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information about minors/ children. Provision of such information is prohibited on the website.

COOKIES & SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Yes, we use cookies (which are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer’s hard drive) to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

Service Provision, Improvement, Order Processing & Communication – The information we collect from you may be used to personalize your experience, improve our website, improve customer service, process transactions, send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we will include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of those emails.

You may choose not to provide Onazry LLC with Personally Identifiable Information or you may turn off cookies in your browser by changing its settings. If you make these decisions, you may continue to use the Onazry LLC website and browse its pages. However, Onazry LLC cannot process orders without Personally Identifiable Information.

CommentsWhen visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Surveys and Contests – We may provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys on our site, to measure customer satisfaction.  If you participate, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
